Food and Drink at Byzantium
Byzantium offers a comprehensive a la carte menu using fresh, local produce. The food style is rustic and uncomplicated with generous portions and Mediterranean flavours. For party bookings there is 3-course set price menu at £25 per head.
The Byzantium wine list is extensive and made up of quality wines from both the Old and New World supplied by the regions top vintners.
Byzantium offers a compact but neat classic cocktail list and in addition to many mainstream products, the bar is also stocked with some more unusual and interesting aperitifs, spirits, and liqueurs.
